After package Inspection the assigned executive properly check the documentation like Invoice, traceability, COC, and all other pre-listed and informed documentation mentioned for the Shipment received
Our Visual Inspection test involves inspecting of electronic components under a microscope to determine if a component or product has been altered from its original state. During this process a device may show signs of non-conformance or inconsistencies that help determine if a component or product has been used or if a device is new and original. This process is performed by our in-house quality team.
In this step product/component (s) dimensions are verified referring product technical data sheets.
The Inspection Executive Reviews & Photographs the Packaging, Part Number, Serial Number, Quantity, COO, Lot Codes, Date Codes using our High Definition & Latest Camera Technology.
In this step Inspection of Label is done checking the product/component's - Markings, Leads, Part's Top, Bottom & Side, Acetone Testing, Marking Permanency, Scrape, Dimensions, Data Sheet, Magnification, History/OS
This involves checking the product/component (s) quantity, specification and certifications referring the PO.
LAB TESTING of products/component (s) is done in the Quality Lab, performing following Tests - Keyence Scope 2000x, X-ray, XRF, Heated Chemical Test, Chemical Decap, Solderability
Final step is Approval, at this stage if the part/component (s) pass all inspection steps and Quality Tests then it is sent for dispatch process marked/stamped as Approved by Quality Inspectors.
